School Stories 11th Grade

Whoever was with the ALHS Class of 1970 during the junior year is invited to share short remembrances by commenting on this post.

It is Thursday Jan. 7, 2010. The local school has been cancelled. I heard it on WCCO. Yes, it is a Thursday Snow Day. For some reason I remember it being Steve Oakland who came up to me 41 years ago to say, "I bet we get out early today." I don't think so. "We haven't had a complete day of school on a Thursday for 8 weeks. I bet we get out early." And we did get out early that day. It was a great winter for snow.
